Definitions
Where "us", "we", "our", "Oh Hello you beauty" is used refers to the clinic run by Oh Hello You Beauty who carries out the treatments.
Where "you", "client" is used refers to a customer of Oh Hello You Beauty.
General
When booking a treatment with Oh Hello You beauty, you agree to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated at our discretion without prior notice. It is your responsibility to read them before making your appointment as you can't make a booking without agreeing to them. A hard copy of our terms and conditions can be obtained at request.
Booking
A treatment can only be booked online.
Bookings may be cancelled should a client repeatedly cancel near to their appointment or don't show up to their appointment.
Treatment suitability
Safety is our number one priority, and we are held to a high standard as we are registered and regulated by Portsmouth City Council. We will not perform treatments on clients at their detriment and if we feel that a treatment could possibly harm or lead to complications, we will explain why to you and your appointment will be cancelled.

We require you to fill out a consultation form before your appointment to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. We may require in addition to your consultation form, photos and/or a face-to-face consultation.

For treatments where a prescription is required, you will need to attend a face-to-face consultation with our prescriber to assess your suitability for the treatment. Your consultation and treatment appointments will be unlikely on the same day, due to prescriptions must be made out to an individual (this is a legal requirement) and ordered. We do not keep stock of prescribed medications.

Conduct and punctuality
For our staff safety, we will refuse treatment to clients who behave in an ill-mannered, aggressive or hostel way towards any member of staff.
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time in order to not affect the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will not be carried out and you will lose the administration fee initially paid for your appointment at the time of booking.

Cancellations
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment for a refund minus an 8% administration fee of the full treatment cost. If you have had a prescribed medication ordered for you, the cost of product will be deducted in addition to the 8% administration fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the original amount you paid for your treatment will be refunded to you.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment no refund will be granted.
If you do not show up to your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the administration fee initially paid for your appointment at the time of booking will be lost.

Patch testing
If you require a patch test for your treatment, this will be sent out via post within 5 days of payment for your booking. Patch test are required to ensure you don't have a reaction, such as redness, swelling, itchiness, or anaphylaxis. If you have an adverse reaction to the products used, then the treatment can't take place and a refund less 8% of your original payment will be returned to you.
Treatment Expectations
It is our aim to provide you the results you want, however we will give you reasonable expectations of each treatment based on the information provided by you and our experience. Many factors influence the final results of a treatment this can range from aftercare, environmental, lifestyle and the client's anatomy (no two people are the same) and therefore the desired results is not a guarantee.
Treatment Room Rules
No drinking or eating is allowed in the treatment room.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises.
Only you, the client can attend your appointment. This is for health and safety reasons.
We will ask you to turn your phone on silent on arrival.
If the treatment room rules are broken then you'll be asked to leave.
